That’s why I created The Fraction Fix Bootcamp —
*a short
*focused
*research-backed program
that helps middle and high school students finally understand fractions, not just memorize rules.
Over 4 evenings your leaner will build the clarity and confidence they need to tackle equations, slope, and functions without anxiety.
We start by breaking down what fractions really represent using visuals and real-world examples.
Students finally see fractions as division, ratios, and parts of a whole — not random numbers.
Students learn to make denominators match, connect fractions to common denominators
Builds confidence for combining like terms and solving rational equations.
We use the “Keep–Change–Flip” rule with meaning — not just steps — and show how it applies to slope and unit rate problems.
Students learn to simplify before multiplying, and understand why the rule works.
Students apply everything they’ve learned inside linear equations, slope problems, and expressions with fractional coefficients.
Algebra finally makes sense — they can solve, simplify, and check their work with confidence.
That’s why this bootcamp focuses on rebuilding fraction understanding from the ground up — using concrete, visual, and step-by-step strategies proven to boost long-term retention and confidence.
A: It’s designed for students currently taking Algebra (grades 7–9) who struggle with fractions, operations, or multi-step problems.
A: No problem! Each session is recorded, and replays are available for one week so they can review at their own pace.
A: Yes — we go beyond memorization to make sure students understand why each fraction rule works and how it connects to Algebraic thinking.
A: Just a notebook, pencil, and calculator (optional). Printable visual notes are provided each day.
A: It’s a small-group online workshop (4-6 students) — giving each student personalized feedback while learning collaboratively.
A: All sessions are taught live by experienced math and science educators from Enrichology Tutoring.
December 2–5 classes will be taught by Sharronda, a certified science teacher and math tutor with 14 years of classroom experience.
December 1–4 classes will be taught by Amna, an Algebra tutor with extensive training in math and computer science who helps students build strong conceptual understanding and confidence. You can learn more about her background here.
