Hi, I'm Sharronda Marie Smith, and I'm passionate about helping students thrive in math and science. As an educator with ADHD myself, I understand the challenges neurodivergent students face firsthand.
Since graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry, I've been immersed in the world of education. For the past 14 years, I've been a high school science teacher, guiding hundreds of students through challenging concepts and celebrating their "aha!" moments. I'm certified by the state of Texas to teach: 8th through 12th Science, 7th through 12th Mathematics and EC through 12th Special Education.
But my dedication to education goes beyond the classroom. I'm currently working towards a Master's in School Counseling because I believe in building strong connections with students and understanding their unique needs.
At Enrichology Tutoring, we help neurodivergent students struggling in math through validated research-based methods to increase their competence and confidence. Whether your child needs help grasping complex equations or just needs a different approach to learning, we're here to support them every step of the way.
Let's work together to help your child excel in math and science!

Fun Fact or Hobby:
Teaching is not just my profession—it’s my favorite hobby too!

Hello, my name is Chelsea Actkinson!
For the past 10 years, I have had the privilege of working in education as a math teacher and math instructional coach. One thing I have learned is that students are most successful when they feel connected, supported, and confident in themselves. I truly believe the foundation of a child’s education is built on relationships. When students know they are valued and capable, they are more willing to take risks, ask questions, and grow both academically and personally.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University and later completed my master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about creating positive learning experiences that meet students where they are while helping them reach their full potential.
My goal is not only to help students improve academically, but also to build their confidence and help them develop a love for learning. Every child has unique strengths, and I enjoy helping students discover those strengths while providing the support and encouragement they need to succeed.
I look forward to partnering with students and families to create meaningful learning experiences that inspire growth, confidence, and success.
